JDK6 layout code replaced by a lib swing-layout-1.0.3

There have been issues originating from the automatic switch-back from JDK6 code done by NetBeans concerning actions and resources.
Had to manually fix .form/.java files from the svn history. Seems to be a NB bug (done with NB6.8m2).
